Limited Warranty
Effective September 9, 2026
The EGGI host device includes a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, beginning on the original delivery date.
What is covered
During the warranty period, EGGI may repair the device, replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent, or provide another remedy required by applicable law. Replacement products or parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
What is not covered
- Accidents, misuse, neglect, liquid exposure, fire, or improper storage.
- Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly, or unsupported accessories.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect operation and normal battery-capacity reduction over time.
- Lost or stolen products, third-party products, or products without valid proof of purchase.
Make a warranty claim
Email support@eggi.ai with the order number, device serial number, problem description, and supporting photos or video. Do not ship the device until you receive instructions.
Your legal rights
This limited warranty is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. It does not limit those mandatory rights.
