Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility

• The return is requested within 30 days after delivery.
• The item is in its original condition with included accessories, manuals, and packaging.
• Proof of purchase from eggi.ai is provided.
• Digital items, gift cards, and final-sale items are not returnable unless required by law.

Start a return

Email support@eggi.ai before sending anything back. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide the approved return address and instructions.

Return shipping and product issues

Customers normally pay return shipping for non-defective returns. If the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us promptly with supporting photos or video; after review, EGGI will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping when required.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers can take 5–10 business days to post the credit. Original expedited shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Promotions and bundles

All bundle or gift-with-purchase items must be returned together. If a promotional item is kept, its stated value can be deducted from the refund where permitted. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid after discounts.
