Report a vulnerability

Email support@eggi.ai with the subject Security report. Include the affected product or URL, a clear description, reproducible steps, potential impact, and a safe way to contact you. Do not include customer data that is not yours.

Responsible research

• Avoid privacy violations, service disruption, data destruction, and access beyond what is needed to demonstrate the issue.
• Do not use social engineering, denial-of-service testing, physical attacks, or tests against other customers.
• Give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue before public disclosure.

Our response

We aim to acknowledge a complete report within five business days. Investigation and remediation timing depends on severity, complexity, and affected systems. We may ask for additional details and will share status when practical.

Good-faith reporting

Where permitted by law, we will not pursue action against researchers who follow this policy, act in good faith, avoid harm, and comply with applicable law.
