These Terms of Use govern access to eggi.ai and direct purchases from EGGI. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your location to place an order. You are responsible for accurate information, account security, and activity under your account. Parents or guardians are responsible for purchases and site use by minors in their care.

Product information and orders

We try to present products, colors, availability, pricing, and specifications accurately, but displays and pre-release details can vary. An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only when we confirm shipment or otherwise state acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for availability, suspected fraud, pricing error, purchase limits, or other lawful reasons and will refund any amount charged for a canceled order.

Preorders

Preorder release and shipping dates are estimates and can change as development, certification, manufacturing, and fulfillment progress. Material changes will be communicated using the contact information associated with the order, and cancellation rights will follow the applicable preorder terms and law.

Promotions and email

Promotions are subject to their stated terms, availability, eligibility, and end date. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and do not apply to taxes or shipping. Marketing email is sent only with consent and can be unsubscribed at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with security or operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not upload malicious code, scrape the site in a harmful manner, impersonate others, or violate law or third-party rights.
Do not use site content or services to develop a competing dataset or model except where applicable law clearly permits it.

Intellectual property

The site, EGGI brand, product designs, software, text, graphics, and media are owned by EGGI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Limited personal use of the site does not transfer ownership or grant a license to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the content.

Third-party services

Checkout, payments, shipping, and other features may be provided by third parties with their own terms and privacy notices. EGGI is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated. EGGI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from site use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update the site and these terms and publish a revised effective date. These terms are governed by applicable law and the mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless both sides agree to another permitted process.
