Shipping Policy
Effective September 9, 2026
This policy describes the default shipping process for orders placed directly through eggi.ai. Available destinations and final delivery estimates appear at checkout.
Order processing
Orders may ship from China or the United States, depending on inventory and the delivery destination. In-stock orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Preorder products follow the estimated shipping window shown on the product or checkout page.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery timing is shown at checkout and begins after the carrier accepts the parcel. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs review, address issues, and peak periods can extend delivery time.
Tracking and address changes
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. Contact support@eggi.ai as soon as possible if an address needs to change. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
Taxes, duties, and missing parcels
Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are displayed when available at checkout. Customers are responsible for information requested by customs. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check the delivery area and carrier notice, then contact us within seven days so we can help investigate.
